Moving from Serializd to CouchLegend
Coming from Serializd? To be upfront: CouchLegend doesn’t have a direct Serializd import yet. Here’s the quickest real way to get your shows across, and you can track films in the same library too.
How to bring your shows across in 3 steps
- Make a free CouchLegend account at couchlegend.com/signup.
- Add your shows fast with Quick add. Swipe through popular shows and films: mark what you’ve seen and tell us how far you got in each show. You can also search any show and mark whole seasons as watched in a couple of taps.
- Or upload a spreadsheet. If you have your history as a spreadsheet, put it in our CSV template (type, title, year, season, episode, watched_at, rating) and upload it on the Import page to keep your dates.
Shows added with Quick add or from a CSV count for your history, stats and badges. Like every catch-up, they never count for leaderboards.
What you get on CouchLegend
- Films and TV, equally. Track both in one library, with the same ratings, reviews and lists.
- Episode tracking. Tick off episodes in one tap from Up Next, and see new episodes for your shows in one place.
- Stats. Your watching history, hours and progress; the full stats page (genres, networks, heatmap, binges) comes with Premium.
- Ranked lists and smart lists. Make public or private lists, numbered as rankings if you like. Smart lists (Premium) keep themselves up to date by genre, decade, length, progress and more.
- Community score. Every title shows the CouchLegend community score once enough members have rated it.
- Spoiler-safe episode chats. Each episode’s discussion stays locked until you’ve watched it.
- XP, badges and fair leaderboards. Every episode earns XP; leaderboards only count live watching.
- A yearly Wrap of what you watched, free.
FAQ
Can I import my Serializd history directly?
Not yet: there’s no Serializd importer. You can rebuild your shows quickly with Quick add or by marking seasons as watched, or upload your history in our CSV template to keep exact dates.
Is CouchLegend free?
Yes. Tracking shows and films, every import, full data exports, levels, badges, leaderboards and the basic yearly Wrap are free. Premium is optional: £2.99 a month or £19.99 a year, and Lifetime Premium is a one-off £49.99 (Founding member price until 31 December 2026, then £69.99). Premium adds things like the full stats page, smart lists, every theme and unlimited new-episode alerts.
Is there an iPhone or Android app?
The iPhone app is live on the App Store. The Android app is in testing; until it’s out, CouchLegend works in any browser on Android, and your account is the same everywhere.
Can I get my data out again?
Yes, any time and for free: Settings → Download my data gives you everything as a JSON file.
