What is CouchLegend?
An independent TV and film tracker made in the UK. You track shows episode by episode and films in one library, earn XP and badges as you watch, and chat about episodes without spoilers.
Is CouchLegend free?
Yes. Tracking shows and films, every import, full data exports, levels, badges, leaderboards and the basic yearly Wrap are free. Premium is optional: £2.99 a month or £19.99 a year, and Lifetime Premium is a one-off £49.99 (Founding member price until 31 December 2026, then £69.99). Premium adds things like the full stats page, smart lists, every theme and unlimited new-episode alerts.
Is there an iPhone or Android app?
The iPhone app is live on the App Store. The Android app is in testing; until it’s out, CouchLegend works in any browser on Android, and your account is the same everywhere.
Can I bring my history from another app?
Yes. CouchLegend imports Trakt (JSON export), Letterboxd (CSV export), IMDb ratings or lists (CSV) and our own CSV template, keeping your original dates. See the guides for Trakt, Letterboxd and Serializd.
Do imported watches count for leaderboards?
No. Imports count for your history, stats, completion and badges, and earn Archive XP so you don’t start at Level 1, but leaderboards only count live watching. Re-importing the same file is safe: nothing is counted twice.
Can I get my data out again?
Yes, any time and for free: Settings → Download my data gives you everything as a JSON file.
Does it track films as well as TV?
Yes. Films and TV shows sit in the same library with the same ratings, reviews, lists and stats.
How do I delete my account?
From Settings. You can download your data first with Settings → Download my data.
